UKAGP Day Conference & AGM Bristol

July 26th 2025

Our UKAGP annual conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on the 26th of July 2025. Purchase General Admission Tickets Here.

If you’d like to join us for Creative Relating, we’d love to see you there.  The theme of this year's conference is Neurodiversity and Gestalt. We hope you’re able to join us! ‌ ‌

There will be a 'Sensory Cafe' at break times, hosted by neuro-divergent trainees – an opportunity to explore and tend to your sensory needs. Included below is a taster of some of the guest speakers who will be collaborating with our community on the day of the conference!

Ayhan Alman (he/they) is an openly Autistic Gestalt Psychotherapist and independent researcher with an online practice specifically for neurodivergent adults. He facilitates monthly meetups for Autistic adults at Thriving Autistic. In his spare time, he explores creative writing. The UKAGP Editorial Team published his first story titled “The Yellow House,” which gave him the confidence to continue writing, even with dyslexia.

Cam Field is a Somatic Gestalt Psychotherapist and Supervisor based in Birmingham, she's also AuDHD (Autistic with ADHD). She works in private practice, specialising in trauma work and neurodivergence. She's also particularly interested in the use of photography in therapy, and power, oppression and ethics. She's worked in the field since the early 2000s, in various roles and organisations alongside her own practice, including a charity for homeless young people, Universities and the NHS.

Matt James has been in private practice since 2019, following a background in social care and education. In 2021, he co-founded The Listening Collective—a group of Gestalt-informed coaches supporting personal and cultural change in organisations, through relational practice. For the past two years, he has also worked as a therapist with people on probation in Scarborough, Hull, and Bradford, as part of a Ministry of Justice initiative.
