One Day Workshop Exploring
Shame and Guilt
The Practice Rooms Exeter
Saturday October 11th 10am to 5pm
The workshop will gently and sensitively explore shame and guilt in all aspects of life.
Shame and guilt are often topics that are kept at a distance. We will explore these topics, and examine if and what contexts these emotions can be of value; or when they can be destructive and negative. There will be opportunities for theoretical input, experiential exercises, as well as individual reflective work. We can also look at how shame and guilt effects presence within the group.
Facilitator: Richard Dennison. MA. BSc. Dip. Gestalt therapy and group work. I have long been interested in the topics of shame and guilt having suffered from chronic shame. I am now researching the topic for a PhD at University of York.
Fee: £95
